Buy a home is a stressful process with a lot of moving parts and time sensitive transactions and Tom really makes the process as smooth and seamless as possible. He ran numbers for my wife and I on dozens of homes and always within a few hours of our inquiry. Whenever we had questions, we would send him and email and it didn't matter the time of day, he had answers for us almost instantly. He also got us a killer rate.
