Brandon Bryditzki is TOP KNOTCH and so communicative!!! Working in the industry, I value his constant updates and communication, it is so helpful throughout the process. I work with lenders everyday and I can say that Brandon really sets himself apart from the normal. I find lenders passing the buck to their teams and losing interest in deals and then blaming the team for dropping the ball when last minute issues arise. Let's be honest, some of these issues shouldn't have waited until the last minute if they had stayed involved!!
